Automotive Technician

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Student Certification is the first step in creating a career in the automotive industry. After each semester, the students will have the opportunity to earn an industry-based certificate by passing a written test through the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence.

Once students earn an industry based certificate, they may be employed in the following areas:

• Automotive Shop Manager
• Automotive Retail Associate
• Automotive Shop Foreman
• Assistant Shop Manager
• Customer Service Representative
• Automotive Technician
• General Service Technician: Tire and Lube
• General Service Technician: Brake
